Baker Performing Arts Policies

Release of Liability
Parents, legal guardians, minor students and adult students agree to indemnify and hold harmless Baker Performing Arts, LLC, its instructors and employees from any and all claims or liabilities that may result from acts, whether negligent or not, that may occur during normal class/lesson activities or any other activities engaged in by students before, during or after normal class/lesson times and that occur on studio premises. Note: Each student should be covered under some kind of individual insurance policy. Baker Performing Arts will not be held responsible.

Class Registration and Cancellation Policy
Class registration is accepted on an on-going basis. You may add a class at any time, and the tuition will be pro-rated for the balance of that billing cycle. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO DROP A CLASS OR DISCONTINUE ALL CLASSES, WE REQUIRE A 30-DAY WRITTEN NOTICE (DELIVERED BY EITHER FAX, EMAIL OR IN PERSON). Pro-rated tuition is always divided by 4 weeks. Additionally, Baker Performing Arts reserves the right to change times, provide substitute teachers or replacement teachers and cancel or combine any classes. These decisions will be made by the Director.

Tuition
All accounts are required to have a valid credit or debit card on file. Tuition will automatically be charged every 4 weeks. Fees remain the same regardless of the number of lessons taught within a billing cycle due to holidays or regardless of the child's absences (See Make Up Policy).

Make Up Policy
Our full schedule does not permit us to do any type of make-up classes. Students are responsible to attend all classes since the teacher has made special arrangements to come and teach this class.

Payment Information
Tuition is charged to your credit card on file every 4 weeks unless paid in advance. If accounts are paid more than 7 days late, there will be a $15.00 late fee applied to the account balance.

Photo Release
Baker Performing Arts has permission to use my child's photographs in its promotional materials and publicity efforts. I understand that the photograph may be used in a publication, print ad, direct-mail piece, electronic media or other promotion. I release Baker Performing Arts, their photographer, employees, agents and designees from any liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connections with such use.
